CentOS in VPS Servers
You will be able to select CentOS for your new VPS server throughout the sign-up process. We provide 32-bit and 64-bit versions, to give you the opportunity to choose the one which will be more suitable for the apps that you wish to install and run. CentOS supports multiple hosting Control Panels, so that you will have a choice between cPanel, Hepsia and DirectAdmin, based on what you'd like to do - to set up a separate account for every single domain name hosted on the server and even to start your reseller business, or to host all your domains at the same time and control the entire server as a single account. You will also have the choice to get your VPS without Control Panel if you need a machine with CentOS, but with no additional software that is provided with the Control Panels. This way, you will be able to set up web or database servers which are different from the default ones that we supply.
CentOS in Dedicated Servers
CentOS is among the Operating Systems which we offer with our dedicated server packages. Throughout the signup process, you'll be able to select from the 32-bit and the 64-bit release of the OS and make sure that the software environment on your new server meets the specifications of the applications that you want to set up. Unlike other Operating Systems, CentOS also allows you to select from various hosting Control Panels, determined by what you need the server for. With Hepsia, for instance, you can control the entire server like just a single account regardless of the number of domain names which you host, while with cPanel and DirectAdmin, you're able to create an independent account for each and every domain, that can give you the opportunity to start a web hosting reseller business. In case you do not pick any Control Panel, you'll receive the server with CentOS only, since the software that comes with the Control Panels won't be installed. We also supply regular OS updates included in our own Managed Services package, so you will not need to devote effort and time downloading and installing the latest and most secure software on the dedicated server.
