Full Root-level Access in VPS Servers
Our VPS plans come with different levels of access, so as to give you the option to pick the one you need, according to your level of experience and on what you will need the server for. If you buy a VPS with no Control Panel, you'll have full root-level access and you'll control everything using a console, unless you set up some third-party instrument. The servers that are ordered with the DirectAdmin or the cPanel hosting Control Panel also feature full root access, yet most of the things which are linked to your online content can be done with a graphical interface and not a console. You can set up various different frameworks or media streaming software, for instance, without a problem. When you order your virtual server with the Hepsia Control Panel, you may still use a Secure Shell console to connect, however, the root access is reduced. Yet, the Hepsia-equipped servers are the simplest to manage.
Full Root-level Access in Dedicated Servers
When you select the cPanel or the DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel, you'll have full root access to your new dedicated server, regardless of which of our plans you will pick during the signup process. Exactly the same is valid if you choose not to install a Control Panel at all. All our servers provide you with the chance to run both very resource-demanding applications which are too heavy for a standard shared website hosting account and applications that have particular requirements as to what the program environment on your hosting server has to be. The latter is something that can't be achieved on a shared machine, as no server-side software can be installed on it. The difference between the aforementioned solutions is that without a Control Panel, server management can be done only via a console, while if you obtain cPanel or DirectAdmin, most system settings along with your website content can be controlled through a graphical interface. If you select Hepsia, that is the last Control Panel option on the order page, you will get a server with limited root access.
