Spam Filters in Cloud Hosting
Our cloud hosting servers rely on one of the best spam filters available on the market. It is called SpamAssassin and is available with each plan, so if you host your domain names with our company, you can opt for one of the 5 levels of protection that the filter offers for any email account that you have here. You can accomplish this with just two clicks of the mouse from the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel that is used to manage all shared web hosting accounts. SpamAssassin analyzes the header field and the body of each email, calculates a spam score and then proceeds based on the level that you have picked. Each mailbox can have a different setting and you can choose if the emails that the anti-spam filter flags as spam should be deleted or forwarded to some other email address where you can view them later, so as to avoid erasing an authentic email. Switching to another level or disabling the anti-spam protection is also surprisingly easy.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you order a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you create one or more mailboxes with any of the domain names hosted in your account, you will be able to enable the powerful, 5-level SpamAssassin filter that we offer and keep all unwelcome email messages out of your mailbox. This option is accessible through the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and it can be enabled or disabled for any email account whenever you wish. You can also change the level of protection with several mouse clicks in case unsolicited bulk email messages continue to appear in your mailbox or the anti-spam filter starts removing authentic emails. As you can choose whether the spam should be erased instantly or delivered to a different email address, you can create spam@domain.com, for instance, and view all filtered email messages there, so as to make sure that you will not omit an email that you require. The emails that the anti-spam filter allows to go through will still appear in your inbox.
